Allen Crawford
Customer Service Manager
During his remarkable 15-year journey at PSI, Allen has worn various hats, demonstrating excellence as a Warehouse Manager, Quality Manager, and now as our Customer Service Manager. His degree in Business and Computer Science from HCC and the University of Maryland, combined with his previous experience in Asphalt Roofing and Steel Construction, laid a solid foundation for his role at PSI.
While Allen has achieved considerable professional success, his true passion lies in leading and collaborating with dedicated individuals who take pride in their work. Beyond his professional achievements, Allen’s talents extend to coaching soccer, showcasing his commitment to nurturing talent not only within PSI but also in the broader community.

Jake Carrelli
Sales Manager
We’re thrilled to celebrate Jake’s noteworthy 10-year journey at PSI. With his roots in Conyngham, PA, and a BS in Business from Penn State University, he brings a unique local perspective to the team. His PSI story began in April 2013 when he joined as a Sales Rep, and in just a few short years, he was promoted to the role of Sales Manager.
Jake’s initial draw to PSI was the promise of personal and professional growth, which has indeed come to fruition. He’s thrived in a company culture he describes as a “family,” fostering strong friendships and invaluable mentorships.
As a Sales Manager, Jake cherishes the variety in his role, from engaging with customers and prospects to collaborating with production teams and design engineers.

Ryan Eaton
Product Manager
A Dayton, Ohio native and a proud United States Navy veteran, Ryan Eaton’s impressive decade long journey at PSI is a testament to the company’s recognition of commitment and dedication. Ten years ago, he embarked on his career with PSI, knowing little about the world of packaging but eager to make an impact.
Ryan’s journey began as a Sales Representative, responsible for the Central PA market. As he diligently established his territory, he was next entrusted with a management role overseeing the Supply division. Ryan has since added the Foam Division and management of new sales members to his responsibilities. He attributes his success to the close-knit relationships and creative freedom the company has given him.
