In 2025, we’re excited to celebrate the growth and success of our team members through well-deserved promotions and expanded roles. At PSI, fostering talent and developing leaders from within is at the heart of our mission.

This year, we’re also driving innovation forward with the addition of a game-changing piece of equipment that will elevate our operations. Continue reading to discover all that PSI has in store for 2025!

Here’s a look at the team members embracing new roles to drive our success to even greater heights in 2025:

Jake Carrelli, current Sales Manager at our McAdoo plant, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales for the Maryland and McAdoo plants.

Joey Hindman has been promoted to Sales Manager for the Maryland and McAdoo plants.

Becky Kline has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for all three plants.

Taylor Litzinger has been promoted to Sales Manager of the Maryland and Connellsville plants.

Ray Scadden has been promoted to Corporate Plant Manger of all three manufacturing plants.

Ben Siddall has moved into the Sales Department as a Sales Representative.

In addition to celebrating the growth and success of our team, we’re thrilled to announce an exciting development for our operations in 2025. In Q4, we will be installing the BGM Caseline 13/32, a 50” Flexo with 3-color print and in-line die cutting. This cutting-edge addition will be the first of its size in the United States. We look forward to the enhanced capabilities this machine will bring, allowing us to better serve our customers with precision and efficiency.
