We are thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone for one of our dedicated team members, Joy Twigg, who has been with PSI for an incredible 25 years. Joy’s journey at PSI began in June 1999, and over the years, she has contributed immensely to our success. Let’s take a moment to highlight Joy’s career and her invaluable contributions to our company.
Joy was raised in Pennsylvania and currently resides in West Virginia. She pursued her higher education at Seton Hill University, where she earned a BA in Small Business/Private Ownership Management. Her career began in the retail sector as a merchandiser/buyer at JCPenney.
Joy joined PSI in June 1999 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), a role she excelled in for five years. Initially drawn to PSI by the appeal of a small, family-owned company that would allow her to balance work with family life, Joy found the perfect environment to grow her career.
Over the years she has played an integral role in every aspect of the company, quickly becoming the go-to person for all things PSI.
Vice President Chris Litzinger encapsulates our sentiments perfectly: “25 years of Joy, what else is there to say! She has been a vital part of the success of PSI. Her loyalty, knowledge, and dedication have helped us grow into the company we are today.”
Joy’s dedication and hard work saw her rise through the ranks to her current position as Corporate Customer Service Manager. This role allows her to collaborate and interact with colleagues across all three plants, something she thoroughly enjoys.
Joy’s exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships has been key to her success and has significantly influenced the culture of PSI. As Allen Crawford, Customer Service Manager of the Connellsville location, shares,”Joy’s 25 years of devotion shows in everyday routines and processes at PSI. She has been a key contributor to what PSI is today. I would not be where I am today without Joy’s assistance over the years. I truly appreciate how she has always been there for me. I look forward to working with her for another 25 years!”

Outside of work, Joy enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren. A little-known fact about Joy is her talent for baking and decorating cakes for special occasions.
