Recognizing the need to give our customers diverse products and options, PSI offers three different print processes. These print options not only provide each customer with the ability to better control their budget but also receive a finished product they are proud of.
Flexography or Direct Print
While we design with trends in mind, we produce with fortitude on the horizon. If it does not last, it won’t pass our production line. Flexography is notably the most popular print process in the packaging industry. Depending on the box style, artwork and quantity of boxes needed, flexography allows customers to purchase printing and cutting dies that will not only last years but allow customers the option of matching to specific Pantone colors or do full color builds.
For a higher quality print and multiple finishing styles, litho labels provide you with limitless printing options. From soft-touch papers (trust us, you’ll be touching it frequently) to UV coatings, our presses accommodate a variety of specialty coatings. Label options range from full label wraps to smaller spot label options, as well as point of purchase display production. We not only put the POP of color In your POP displays, but we give POP displays credit, shape, and charisma they deserve.
Digital Direct Print
The (picture) perfect print process for high quality, low quantity packaging and point of purchase displays! Digitally printing directly on cardboard allows our customers to do smaller runs without investing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on print tooling. The best part is, direct digital print gives you the ability to change your packaging artwork on the fly!
