Welcoming Our New Production Engineer: Noah Litzinger

Please join us in welcoming Noah Litzinger to the team as our newest Production Engineer! Noah earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and brings both technical expertise and a fresh perspective to PSI’s production operations.

Before joining PSI, Noah worked at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where he contributed to engineering projects now utilized by the U.S. Navy. Through that experience, he developed strong skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and practical innovation—qualities he’s eager to bring to PSI as the company continues to expand its capabilities.

Having grown up around PSI, Noah has seen firsthand the dedication and hard work that built the company’s foundation. “Working for the family company means a lot to me,” Noah shared. “Since I was young, a pride for PSI has been instilled in me, and I’ve always admired my grandfather for his hard work and dedication to building this company into what it is today.”

In his new role, Noah will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance teams and collaborate directly with customers in the field to find solutions that improve efficiency and performance. He will also play a key role in advancing projects with PSI’s new BGM CL 13/32 machine, reflecting the company’s continued investment in cutting-edge technology and production capabilities.

What excites Noah most about this opportunity is being part of PSI’s ongoing growth and technical innovation. “There are a lot of new and exciting projects starting up that require technical evaluation,” he said. “I’m looking forward to tackling complex problems, finding smart solutions, and being able to communicate them clearly to anyone—no matter their technical background.”

As PSI approaches its 50th anniversary in 2026, Noah is proud to bring his engineering background and enthusiasm to a company that has always felt like home— helping to shape PSI’s next generation of growth and success.
