Over the past 50 years, PSI’s ability to evolve has been driven by one core commitment: continuous investment in the future.
From early operations to today’s advanced manufacturing capabilities, we have consistently reinvested in the people, equipment, and systems that allow us to deliver at a higher level year after year. That mindset is what has carried us to this 50-year milestone.

Equipment & Technology
To support growing demand and increasing complexity in packaging solutions, PSI has made significant investments in advanced manufacturing and engineering technology.
Key additions include the BGM CL 13/32 and 16/45 machines, designed to improve speed, precision, and production efficiency at scale. New investments in the TURBOX and Göpfert Rotary Die Cutter further expand PSI’s capabilities, enhancing throughput, consistency, and operational flexibility across high-volume production.
In our new design center, advanced engineering tools—including a Box Compression Tester and 3D scanning technology—give our team greater ability to validate performance, accelerate prototyping, and deliver more precise packaging solutions from concept through production.
These investments ensure PSI continues to lead with capability—not just capacity.
Systems & Integrations
Equally important to physical growth has been the evolution of how we operate as one unified organization.
PSI has standardized systems across all three manufacturing plants to improve alignment, efficiency, and customer responsiveness. This integration allows projects to be assigned to the facility best suited for the job based on capability, capacity, and speed.
This approach delivers faster turnaround times, improved consistency, better resource utilization, and a more seamless customer experience. It also enhances our ability to scale and respond quickly to customer needs throughout the Eastern United States.

As we celebrate 50 years, PSI continues to build for what’s ahead. From growing our team and advancing our technology to strengthening the systems that connect our three facilities, each step reflects our commitment to innovation, service, and long-term growth. While much has changed over five decades, those values remain at the heart of PSI—and will continue to guide us into the future.
